The Cyber Empowerment Hub Ltd
Terms
The contract for the £2-a-month practice, in plain English. It is short enough to actually read, and we mean every line of it. Subscribing means you agree to these terms and to the privacy notice.

01
Who you're dealing with
The Cyber Empowerment Hub Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15572204. Our registered office is 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. You can check our record at Companies House. For anything in these terms, write to hello@cyberempowermenthub.co.uk and a person will answer.

02
What you're buying
Harmless copies of real phishing emails, sent to the addresses on your plan, with a lesson behind every one. Miss a tell and the page you land on explains what gave it away; nothing you do on that page is ever captured. The price is £2 per person per month, or £20 per person per year, which is two months free. On a business plan you pay for the number of seats you choose.
-
03
Renewal
The subscription renews by itself. A monthly plan charges £2 per person each month, and an annual plan charges £20 per person each year, on the same date you first paid, until you cancel. Stripe emails you a receipt every time. If we ever change a price, you hear about it by email at least 30 days before it touches you, with time to leave first.
-
04
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like: use the link in any Stripe receipt email, or write to hello@cyberempowermenthub.co.uk and we do it for you. You keep what you have paid for: the practice runs to the end of the period you have paid, then stops, and nothing more is charged. There is no exit process and nobody tries to talk you out of it.

05
Refunds: 30 days, no questions
If you tell us within 30 days of your first payment that you want out, we refund everything you have paid, in full, no reason needed. That is deliberately longer than the 14 days consumer law gives you for buying at a distance. Refunds go back through Stripe to the card that paid, usually within 5 to 10 working days. Your statutory rights sit on top of all this; nothing in these terms reduces them.

06
Your side of the deal
Only add people who know about the training and have agreed to it. Consent first is commitment 01 of our pledge, and here it is a condition of the contract. If we find addresses on a plan that were added without consent, we may suspend or end the plan and refund the unused part. Using the service to actually deceive or defraud anyone ends it immediately, without refund, and with a report to the authorities where the law expects one.
-
07
Our side of the deal
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires, and we hold ourselves to our pledge in how we run it. We are honest about delivery before you pay: if we have not tested your email provider, the sign-up form says so to your face rather than taking your money and hoping. If something is badly wrong, tell us; we fix it or refund you.
-
08
What we're responsible for
Nothing in these terms removes rights the law gives you, or excludes liability the law does not let us exclude, such as for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us. Beyond that, our total liability to you is capped at what you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. And a plain limit on what the service is: practice makes people harder to fool, it cannot make anyone impossible to fool, so we are not liable for a real attack that succeeds despite the training.
-
09
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, subscribers hear about it by email at least 30 days before the change applies. Carry on using the service and you have accepted the new terms; cancel before they start and the old ones apply to the end of your paid period. The version and date at the foot of this page always tell you what you are reading.

The law, and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may use your local courts instead. Complaints go to hello@cyberempowermenthub.co.uk; a person, not a template, answers within 5 working days.
